Surespan WAP.A wall access door, designed with concealed beaded frame and plasterboard door to be taped and skimmed on site.
A beaded frame surround is provided, which enables the panel to be inserted directly into the clear structural opening, and screw-fixed into position through the side of the panel frame prior to the wet finish being applied.
Manufactured from 1.2mm and 1mm Zintec Steel, polyester powder coated, matt white RAL 9010 20% gloss. The plasterboard-clad door has a pin hinge and is secured using a three-way locking system.
The frame depth reduces to 75mm on panels under 600 x 600mm.

Surespan WAP.B wall access door is designed with concealed beaded frame to be taped and skimmed on site to fit into any type of wall system allowing easy access into the void behind.
A beaded frame surround is provided, which enables the panel to be inserted directly into the clear structural opening, and screw-fixed into position through the side of the panel frame.
Surespan Budget wall access door manufactured from 1mm Zintec Steel. The door is secured by a chrome slotted cam lock, which can be opened using a coin or screwdriver.
Standard sizes only up to a maximum 600 x 600. Non-fire rated.

A picture frame surround is provided, which enables the panel to be inserted directly into the clear structural opening, and screw-fixed into position through the side of the panel frame into suitable bracing within the wall system.
Surespan Budget wall access door manufactured from 1mm Zintec Steel. The door is secured by a chrome slotted cam lock, which can be opened using a coin or screwdriver.
Standard sizes only up to a maximum 600 x 600. Non-fire rated.

Surespan WAP.D wall access door, designed for face fixed ceramic tiles up to 10mm thick. (Please contact our Sales Dept. for tile thicknesses greater than 10mm).
The doors are designed to be concealed and match the tile arrangement. The gap around the door matching the grout or a simulated grout/silicon sealant can be supplied, which can be cut through for use.
A quick release hinge allows removal of the door to give maximum access and eliminates contact between the edges of tiles when in use.
The standard version comes complete with a stainless steel collar and budget lock.
For areas of high humidity specify a stainless steel version.
